The Moons + Special Guests
I went for a walk around Birmingham today to check out other shops and to compare prices, I decided to look at one item that is my biggest ladies seller, cut up Levi's jean shorts. I found four shops selling them, I could not believe the price! They started from £17.99 and the dearest was £32.99!
It made me feel good as Urban Village sells all its Levi's jean shorts for only £8.00...!
See you soon girlsThe Goodwood Revival really is a magical step back in time, a unique chance to revel in the glamour and allure of motor racing in the romantic time capsule of the golden era of motor racing at one of the world’s most authentic circuits.
The Revival is the world’s most popular historic motor race meeting and the only event of its kind to be staged entirely in the nostalgic time capsule of the 1940s, 50s and 60s that relives the glory days of Goodwood Motor Circuit. It is the biggest and best historic motor racing party of the year.
The Revival offers visitors the opportunity to leave the ‘modern world’ behind and join motor sport luminaries including Sir Stirling Moss, Richard Attwood, John Surtees and Derek Bell in an unabashed celebration of flat-out wheel-to-wheel racing around a classic racetrack, untouched by the modern world.
16th -18th September 2011.

Mod (from modernist) is a subculture that originated in London, England in the late 1950s and peaked in the early-to-mid 1960s.
Significant elements of the mod subculture include: fashion (often tailor-made suits and shits); Music, including African American soul, Jamaican ska, and British beat music and R&B; and Italian scooter. The original mod scene was also associated with drug-fuelled all-night dancing at clubs. From the mid-to-late 1960s onwards, the papers often used the term mod in a wider sense to describe anything that was believed to be popular, fashionable or modern.
There was a mod revival in the United Kingdom in the late 1970s and early 1980s.The Mod movement has never gone away and will always be around, plus over the years the Mod Movement has gathered a massive following in countries worldwide.

Born in London, to Welsh parents, Quant brought fun and fantasy to fashion in the 1960s. As creator of the mini skirt and hot pants, she showed a generation how to dress to please themselves. Her instant success made traditionally cautious designers change their attitudes and make their designs appeal to the newly important youth market.
